Series 300 2-Way Micro Inert
Valve
The semi-inert solenoid valve weighs less than 4.5
grams and is available in a surface mount configuration. The valve also features low power consumption
(850 m W) and low internal volume (75 µL).
The LFV Series MIV is available in three mounting
styles and features bi-directional flow and contoured
internal passages.
The Lee Series 300 Micro Inert Valve incorporates
many of the proven features of Lee’s standard-setting
LFV Series valves, in a smaller more compact package.
World’s Smallest Check Valve
Vacuum Rated Micro Inert Valve
Available in 3
standard material combinations for design flexibility,
this chemically
resistant 2-way
valve features a
compact, manifold mount
design that
minimizes the
space and material needed for the manifold, reducing
overall system volume. A unique “retained” gasket
further simplifies assembly, eliminating missing or
doubled gasket problems.
Single and four place manifolds are available for application development. Custom engineered manifolds are also available for specific applications.
The new vacuum rated LFV Series MIV is a 2-way,
normally
closed, chemically inert
solenoid valve
that is ideal
for fluidic circuits that will
see both positive and negative pressures,
such as pump
inlet/outlet
valves. The
fluidic side of the valve is isolated from the coil and
plunger by a chemically inert PFE (FFKM)
membrane. This prevents metal contact with the
fluid and reduces heat transfer from the coil to the
fluid.
The Lee Company, a worldwide supplier of miniature, precision fluid control components, announces
the availability of the new 2.5 mm diameter CCPI
Series Check Valve. Specifically designed for installation in plastic materials, the new cartridge-style valve
is 100% performance tested, offers low
leakage and
can be incorporated into
medical
fittings. The
unique, barbed
design
provides easy “press-in” installation, ensures retention, and prevents any by-pass leakage around the
valve. Constructed entirely of stainless steel, the new
valve is available in a range of cracking pressures and
is compatible with most fluids.

High Speed Solenoid
Valve Now Coupled With
Atomizing Nozzle
The Lee VHS Series Micro-Dispense
Valve is now offered in multiple porting
configurations, including direct coupling
to the new INZX airless atomizing nozzle. The VHS micro-dispense valve is a
high-speed two-way solenoid valve designed for applications that require mi-
croliter and nanoliter dispense volumes
such as high-throughput screening and
drug discovery. When mounted directly
to the compact atomizing nozzle (only
0.138” diameter), the VHS valve can use
pulse width modulation (PWM) to regulate flow through the nozzle, providing
an effective method of delivering atomized fluid without the need for an external air source.
The INZX nozzle features an operating
pressure range of 20-1000 psi., and is
available in Stainless Steel or PEEK, allowing them to be used with a wide
range of fluids.
Semi Inert Solenoid
Valve
The Lee Company’s new perfluorinated
semi-inert solenoid valve is specifically
designed to handle moderately aggressive gases and liquids in a wide range of
fluid handling applications. The valve is
ideal for use in anesthesia delivery, inkjet
Need to build a device with a smaller footprint? Precise, repeatable performance?
Reliable operation? Lee miniature dispense pumps can help you on all counts. Small size,
light weight and low power consumption give you the flexibility to optimize pump placement,
regardless of maintenance accessibility. In fact, Lee pumps are engineered to be completely
maintenance-free for the life of the instrument. Better still, with a CV as low as 0.04% at full
stroke and volume resolution as small as 0.04 μL, Lee pumps can meet the demands of your
most challenging applications. Features include:
• Variable and fixed volume dispensing
• Chemically inert construction
• Over 50 standard models with dispense volumes from 50–3000 μL
• Custom designs available
